MURIC CONDOLES SULTAN,

OTHERS ON DEATH OF EMIR OF TSAFE

The Emir of Tsafe in Zamfara State, Alhaji Habibu Aliyu, died yesterday after a brief illness. He was 62 years old. He has since been buried according to Islamic rites.

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) commiserates with the Sultan of Sokoto and President General of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, Governor AbdulAziz Yari of Zamfara State, Tsafe Emirate and the entire Muslim community in Nigeria.

May Almighty Allah forgive the late Emir and repose his soul in Aljannah firdaus. May Allah also grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
